About the client: Company dedicated to the creation and sale of education and training, has a sales page with two online courses (mastering public speaking and work wellness).

Need: They currently have a website that they want to leverage to generate monthly sales and grow in the world of education. User profiles:

  • Profile Entrepreneurial person / higher education student / working professionals who want new employment, new income, job mobility.

  • Legal Person Profile: Organizations and Companies looking for specific training / training / professional learning management solutions among other synchronous and asynchronous solutions.

Impact: Need to generate sales, both B2B - and study the potential for B2C sales - through the website.

Proposal: Create a Discovery process to understand their needs, have differences co-creative sessions to prioritize the needs and develop a strategy plan for the platform.

Design tools and methodologies: Figma. Design Thinking.
